Lab Quest is a diagnostic center that provides digital healthcare solution to its customers, and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Lab Quest along with its related sites, services. Lab Quest provides a wide range of healthcare services such as telemedicine service from general & specialist doctor, appointment and consultation with doctor, diagnostic and pathology tests from home & hospital, health membership packages.

For the first time in Bangladesh, Lab Quest Diagnostic limited utilizing world’s cutting-edge technology Next Generation Sequencing (NGS; Ion GeneStudioTM S5 Platform) with Ion ChefTM Instrument that is enabled to reduce human handling error and is reliable for accurate test results within the fastest period of time.

The Site reserves the right to amend, modify, add, change, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions under this Agreement at any time without any prior notification. Changes shall be effective once posted on the Site without any notice provided on the Site or by any other means. You shall check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Your continued use of the site once the changes of Terms and Conditions had been made shall be construed as your acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions. • Use any portion of content from the Lab Quest website and or use any health packages from our website without our permission is a crime. We can take any legal action if it happens.
• If you give any payment outside the website or without informing the Lab Quest authorities then you're only responsible for this. Lab Quest authorities are not responsible for that.
• Don't submit or contribute any information or content that contains nudity or violence, is abusive, bullying, threatening, harassing, obscene, misleading, untrue, offensive, derogatory or uses bad or rude language, as Lab Quest may decide in its absolute discretion.

• You have to register with valid information and to be a member of our community. One user can register only one account on a time. Lab Quest reserves the right to cancel or terminate a user’s member account if it has reasons to believe that the user has concurrently registered or is in control of two or more member accounts.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Username/ Phone nuumber and password and for all use of and activities that occur under their account. No user may share, assign, or permit the use of their user account, ID or password by another person. User agrees to notify Lab Quest immediately if he/she becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their password or his/her account or any other breach of security of the account. We will help the user to sort out the problem.
